Alumni Mentors is the controller of the personal data collected on this platform. For any question about your data, you may contact us at the address shown on the site.

We collect the data you provide when applying, creating your mentor profile or sending a message: name, email address, phone number where applicable, professional background, skills, languages, sectors, profile picture and message content. No sensitive data is required.

Your data is used solely to publish your profile in the mentor directory, securely relay contact requests without displaying the mentor's email address, enable connections with mentees, and ensure the security and proper operation of the service.

Profile data is kept for as long as the mentor profile is active. Contact messages are relayed by email and are not stored in the platform database. When the profile is deleted, its data is erased or anonymised as soon as possible.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data. You may exercise these rights at any time by contacting us.
